1. Orders – Delivery

1.a Placing an order
The minimum cost of the order is 30 euro. Orders below this amount are not processed. An order is finalized by pressing the “Confirm Order” button from the “Order Confirmation” page. In doing so, the shop is informed for the placing of a new order and its parameters (order number, product, quantity, value, customer data, data delivery)

1.b Cost of order
The total cost of the order determined by the product price including VAT, plus transportation costs and packaging costs if any. The customer is billed by the store for the total cost of the order.

1.c Order delivery
Timely and correct delivery of the order placed by a Customer at the e-shop is the sole responsibility of the shop, which informs the customer by e-mail or other means of communication.

1.d Product Availability
Depending on availability, the delivery of products is made in 2 to 14 working days. KG Guitars’ e-shop is not liable to clients for losses arising from delay in shipment of the order unless a shipping date has been specified via e-mail.

1.e Order Cancellation
For any cancellation of an order, the customer should contact the store by sending an email to guitarskg@gmail.com or by calling at 2310636283. This feature is offered only before the execution of your order. If the order has been shipped, it can not be canceled.
